SUMMARY:Fall Song Set Practice
DESCRIPTION:At our last session we came up with a great song set that will prepare us for any potential opportunities to perform. Practicing to perform at an event allows us to play and sing fun songs while we focus on strumming together as an ensemble group. We will learn to play a variety of songs including Amazing Grace\, Blowing in the Wind\, Folsom Prison Blues\, I’d Like To Teach the World to Sing\, Jambalaya\, Last Kiss\, Sloop John B\, Somewhere Over the Rainbow\, Sweet Caroline\, Sweet Home Chicago\, This Land is Your Land\, and Wonderful World. Most of the songs are easy to play with familiar chords and a few songs introduce some new chords. That’s how you grow! Songs are available for download under the SONGS button at this site or on our Facebook page under the FILES tab.  Newcomers and beginners of all ages are always welcomed to attend our free sessions\, and loaner ukes are available. So plan to join us and bring a friend! Strum and be happy!
